Why after? How can we be sure it's safe to invest?

I agree.. Isn't the ICO already on icorating? I stand to be corrected but somehow I remember them saying they are... But if not, absolutely, they need to be listed there as well.

Why does the whitepaper say funds raised will be returned to investors if you don't sell the intended 2mil CTG tokens?
Please don't forget my question devs.
Because lower amount is not enough to realize the project, that's why we return funds to investors. for more information, please read our WP
