If you set up lots of buys this could draw attention. Between Bittrex and Yobit you could pick up lots of coins in small buys. You can set small buys and buy small low priced sells. Current price is around 3k on both sites and over the last few weeks you could have easily picked up 3 btc worth of coins around that price. If the dev team comes here and says, Hi all is well and we have a new lead dev, price could 3x easily. Not a bad return for a few weeks of buying cheap.

It only take a couple of sentences from the team to move this coin up, or down. Yet we hear nothing from them. So they have either completely disappeared, number 1, or they are been deliberately quiet while they buy cheap coins before they come back and kickstart the program, number 2.

We can only wait and see which option wins.

If somebody was buying cheap he would allready be doing that and set up orders. Just take a look at buy side, zero interest for crbit. Only arround 30btc there and most buy orders ( if we look at quantity of crbit) are set up at 100 sats or even lower.
