It's in the final phase of testing, it's a very complicated concept and therefore hard to programm it in smart contract so it takes time.
CreditIdentity is finished and deployed, it will be available throu dapp so it will be simple to use.

It was unfortunate that creditbit was added on bittrex within days of ether crash... but I hope it will do better next week, still holding from 50k

To use CreditBond you need to install and syncronize Ethereum Wallet or Mist to your computer for a start, then add watch token and wtch contract as explained here:

And then lock your coins to obtain a reward using the instructions on the "locking" tab.
