Do you have any Ethereum on that main account? Are there CRB tokens on that main account? Have you chose the right function? Lock Token (wrong one) or Lock balance (the right one)?

All CRBIT coins from the Livecoin platform will be automaticly exchanged for CRB Tokens. They are currently locked on Livecoin for the security reasons till this migration is concluded. If somehow this transition fails, the migration process will be prolonged, so you don't have to worry.

Try to clear your cache, clear you cookies and try again, maybe it got stuck on the last update and is not moving forward.

If that is not the case and you are still having problems after trying that, try to reach the support, they might be more helpful .
