How is it a lotto token if the rewards are a constant ? Random rewards would of actually made sense & indicate a lottery reward per block.
You can do that on pools in mpos and reward random extra rewards to block finders,maybe a dev pool with that function.People all mine in pools it would just get split to everyone in a random reward structure,not the block finder ,kind of pointless isn't it?
Even if the Project Lead/Dev did included a random rewards structure per block you do know the more hashpower pointed means the more coins for total shares you submit quicker then everyone else right.

For the next few days I am preparing a more complete ann, with a program, rewards for translations, and some other things.
It will not be easy to achieve in the short term our goal of having our own lottery but we will try, with a bit of your help it will be easier.
