The idea behind using a name that starts with a D is to keep our existing logo so we continue to have some recognition. Creating a new logo defeats the purpose of sticking with a name that starts with D.
I didn't think that was the idea at all.
If the coin's rebranding, I think keeping the old logo is a very bad idea. It needs a wholistic approach IMO, not piecemeal.

Evan, is it correct what your other developers, like Vertoe, say? They claim this was a unilateral decision made without their input and now Vertoe has left the team.
Also, how do you respond to Vertoe leaving? It seems like a mighty setback to the overall project.
