I can't watch a single episode of Bitcoin Rush because the guy is annoying as fuck, else I would. My ears bleed just thinking about his voice and enthusiasm.
Same here. His videos only ever get a few hundred views anyway, and I bet this has something to do with it.
He is an up and comer, on the rise. He is to MadBitcoins as DRK is to BTC. You should understand! He is entertaining, and I personally love his enthusiasm!
Me too! I think he's well on his way to getting a great format going, but the only issue is the "information dump" It's kind of like what we read all day, and not as engaging - but this is video/audio and when you hear it, it's hard to keep your attention on the information. I can't wait to see how our show goes, because there is a structural difference in how the information will be expressed, which is more entertaining and easier for people to access via a video presentation. I'm hoping the experience will end up being so positive, that Bitcoin Rush is able to make some structural changes to his program. The biggest problem though, is he's a one man band, putting together a (damn good) weekly show. He gets information from the coin community, and they write it out like it's a 90 second info dump, which he tries to deliver in an interesting way. Plus English is his second language, and I don't think he is equipped to rewrite that info every week. Interviews, which is how we're doing it, are harder. You have to have a Skype link (with video camera to work off of each other), and two cameras so you get the quality video (not necessary I guess, but nice to have). Plus, there will be editing to keep it moving and clean up anything that doesn't work.
All this has so far taken us over a month to do (largely my fault because of crazy time constraints and I was getting my husband to help, who has a hard time switching from one thing to another (as he's a writer)) and it's taking a whole team of people who participated in getting the info together and editing the script. Not every coin puts that kind of effort into it. But maybe they will if this turns out as well as I think it will! And I think you're all going to LOVE Bitcoin Rush AND Evan when we finish this. We're now planning on releasing it on January 18th which is Darkcoin's 1 year anniversary
Ugh, clothes are almost dry, chickens need last feeding, and off I go again! ROFL See ya'all later!
BTW, I haven't heard from georgem in a while and we need an animator desperately. Is anyone else pretty good at animation? Can you help us? Thanks!
