Ah, now I regret I quit following the DRK price charts and news about two weeks ago (after watching the noting for two months).

To bad that mintpal was f*cked by scammers.

A new exchange that's been in the making for many months now has finally been opened: https://exco.in/

The people who've been building it are Blackcoin supporters, but maybe I managed to prop DRK to them a while back or they just decided it's a noteworthy coin to be added right from the beginning anyway, as the supported markets right now are BC/BTC, DRK/BC, and LTC/BC.

It looks just like Mintpal2 was supposed to look like imo.

If you get them interested enough that they will install wallets, post their addys and I'll send a few coins to get them started.

Deal!! This is a great encouragement.

I think even older geniuses need / like to be appreciated, I know I do - so I'm sending an e-mail with all the crucial links and papers, InstantTX included, now. (I also promised them some DRK from me)

Upside momentum is consolidating as Bloomberg and Fox couch potatoes turn themselves overnight into seasoned cryptocoin traders - choosing their entry points with hairline precision as the 1 hour MACD shows signs of splitting wide again.

There is little to impede their progress until we hit the wall at 75 apart from a few chunks of meat hanging from the ceiling around 7445.

****REFERENCE THIS POST 1 WEEK FROM TODAY****

 Wink
Chart on top is a very small snippet from another asset's chart where I have seen this pattern DRK is in before. DRK chart for last 24 hours or so is on bottom. The referencing chart on top isn't to be used as a direct perfect picture of the future but is a general guideline.

And in general it's saying that we've got a little more rally left but are going to do a short-term top in the lower-.008 region in the next 24-48 hours and then proceed to consolidate, perhaps in a triangular pattern for 2-5 days before.....

All I'll say is I've just sent in a bunch of fiat and have locked in these soon-to-be-ridiculously low prices.
I might post the next small snippet next week. We'll see.

Purchasing has recommenced as the 5-minute wave anticipates the 15-minute rollover to the upside. Granular DRK has been keeping the seat warm for the last 2 hours but with the arrival of 238 and 210 DRK shots, some more chunky servings have turned up.

We're not quite there yet though since someone's standing at the edge of the spread gap with a peashooter firing granular DRK across to keep the numbers red.

Unfortunately it's not enough to fool unsuspecting Bloomberg and Fox viewers who want their 61, 13, 99 and 62 DRK shots respectively.

Play is now back on as we await confirmation of 15 minute crossover.

Shaping up nicely right now....just a couple more BTC...

Wonder if those dark markets have seen increased business? Effectively they were given exposure on wired, rolling stone, fox and bloomberg too.

I think the maximal denomination for anonimyzation should be 100DRK.

This way, no one would try and fail at 500, 1000, 3000 etc.

They would for instance ask for a 1000drk anoymization for 5 rounds, but the system would actually split it into 10 times 100 DRKs and anonymize.

that would reduce the issue of having unlatching people, no?

Whoever has knowledge of cryptos and wants to invest is already aware of DRK and has or has not taken a position.

Come on, with 534 currencies no one can really know them all. Mainstream is still only a vaguely familiar with the concept of BTC and DRK is only recently really getting out of obscurity.

Just the other day I spoke with a friend of mine, the oldest hacker in the world, a genius whose spiritual and intellectual father was Richard Feynman and he has never heard of Darkcoin before. I piqued his interest and hope he'd let some of his crazy old guys know about it also and, hopefully, contribute ideas etc.

It is a long, long, long, long, did I say long already?, road before the Darkcoin is really a part of everyday's life for millions of people all over the world...

There is an unimaginable amount of talent and skill lying dormant and getting wasted within those oldschool hacker and cracker groups (who are mostly very poor as well), if you have any connections to those people, try to get them involved. It's easy to do the thing you've always done, and then what happens is that the next generation will overtake you and make you obsolete. Don't let that talent be wasted, get them to build the future with us.

Hey man, thank you for this!!

You're spot on - I am meeting with the genius tomorrow (he had his modules to measure solar winds placed on the Moon, with Apollo 15 & 16) who is far from being rich - but even our first meeting (when I introduced the overall crypto scene and Darkcoin in particular) was such a pleasure. He get's it immediately, his questions are penetrating and he will, or already has, notify one monstrous intelligent human form about it as well (the other guy was illegal, hehe... in Hong Kong, running hosting service for...) and they will think about it.

I am a tech n00b but I always had an ability to see the potential (and outcome) within many different fields and he appreciate this ability. The fact I forked my own money (I am even further from being rich than him) into Darkcoin might make him really curious. I will certainly encourage him and his old guard guys to get involved in whatever way they want.

Even if they were here, "only" brainstorming ideas would be of tremendous value for the community...

Hi, anyone more having issue with cryptsy deposit?
It seems that Cryptsy was a part of the staged pump. Have 3000+ coins in pending deposits for more than four hours! It won't surprise me if they have sold my coins at 0.00780+ levels and now they bought them back at 0.00710. If many other users had pending deposits during the pump it created low supply and the price rocketed. The can be other possibilities but something is always fishy there when markets are on the move. When all those coins will finally reach their users balance it will probably cause big dump. So beware.

I stopped trusting them a long ago. When a new coin was listed on Cryptsy, it used to be a notable event. Therefore the price was often pumped even when someone hinted at the possibility. There used to be an unusual delay consistently when trying to deposit new coins while the price was skyrocketing on the exchange. And when the normal users' coins finally cleared, the price had already dumped. So the question arises, who were selling those coins to provide the grown demand everyone's deposits were stuck?

Just did a small deposit test to verify what people are saying. 15+ confirmations later, Cryptsy still showing 0/6 confirmations for the deposit. Trade with care.

The concerning thing is that I can't do it after days of trying.

I have suggested before that if there are not enough people to mix 500 or 1000 denominations with for a while, split the 500 to 5x100 (or the 1000 to 2x500).

These settings are probably fine-tuned a lot in the future anyway, especially if the value skyrockets for example.

To bad that mintpal was f*cked by scammers. Maybe they were also doing this kind of sh*t but i didnt have this many deposit/withdrawal issues there. Its good that there is finally a growing Chinese attention for darkcoin. It would be marvelous if the OkCoin will add dark to their markets.
