I'm sure there will be more before open source. I think Kristov makes a good start though as the conjoin sudoko man. If he gives a thumbs up to Darksend+ it will mean a lot.

But yeah I'd also like to see more and also from different backgrounds. Let's get RC4 out first though.

Yeah I prefer grey over the green and red too, maybe a darker grey.

He said he doesn't want to until it's open source.. and when it is, I bet he will take a look without even asking. So after the source has been out for a few weeks and we haven't heard from Maxwell, we can assume he has taken a good look and hasn't found anything to complain about.

That's just my impression of him, take it as you will.

To make short term profit yes but if you dont come back and put some of that into darkcoin then you're being a bit silly. Darkcoin the brand seems a little stale for now but it'll be new again with updates. Don't be fooled by the silence.

People only care about short term profit, also the charts are all against long term profits. How many coins has been moving higher in the last 4 months? Altcoin world is getting more and more a pump & dump industrie. People are creating scam coins, do a big ICO or premine and dump everything and move to the next coin...

Not all people are short term related as you do. The behaviour you describe is exactly why crypto won't become mainstream and why no fresh cash comes to the crypto market. Once you have recognice that game and already lost money to the p&d teams you will left and wont come back or you find a real good long term project like DRK is and you stay there without sell and buy and sell and by for a minimal profit.
If you enough time to do that all the day you are rich or you a looser that trys to scam others because you can't earn money in real business world !
Once you loosers have scamed out yourself the altcoin market is dead.
No new coin will see a single sathosi from me in future.
