Downloaded the new windows qt binary from the update link and it says version 9.10.2? Shouldn't it be 9.11.4?
Anyone else having problems?

To upgrade a masternode do we just need to stop the remote daemon (darkcoind), upgrade it and start again ?
Does the local masternode (with the wallet) need to be involved at all ?

more realistic is in 24 hours we gonna see 0.024 and in the next week as everyone will verify that masternodes went absolutely smooth and perfect the ceiling will be 0.034-0.037

so the payments are working in real time correct 
They're already being paid. It's just going to take a while to get up to 20%, because until enforcement is switched on you're only getting paid for blocks founds by miners who have updated.

They're already being paid.
