Because they're false...the dollar is used for those things, not cryptocurrencies. It's already been discussed by parties of Congress or some other government organization I read.
I wouldn't quite say that considering bitcoin was the choice of criminals operating within the Dark Web and that terrorists use google earth for operations. Some people in darkcoin irc even celebrate and welcome the idea of Darkcoin being used within a Silk Road organization.
Is not..the point of cryptos...to avoid the evils of the banking sector(and not pay taxes) in the eyes of many who use it? Don't tell me not because I hear it all the time in the irc chats.
