Good point, I hadnt considered that BTC would offer no interest to anyone had it been released after DRK. It would just be another crapcoin.

yes i cant sync again, new binary was working fine for a while, im stuck at 720, trying to reindex now

edit
became stuck again and 720 for a few seconds then the connections dropped from 8 to 0, then back up to 5 and it finished syncing

This is fucking absurd. Was going along perfectly at 268 then after lunch I see it hit 240 =(

There are always people that prefer a quick profit or panic at the slightest signal of a down trend. I suspect some of these dumps are by x11 auto-trading pools looking to make the daily payout to their miners. Cheap coins for the rest.

Only major difference is what you put in /etc/iptables/rules.v4 and that you have to disable ssh pw login in favor of certs (well you don't have to I guess, but you should).
