hello there i have sent 1000 dark to my mintpal wallet and i still didn't receive them and i don't see them on the blockchain too any clue about this bug? anyone tried to send 1000dark ?

Yes, update your wallet to the new version on darkcoin.io , it was the solution for this user as well.

I deposited coins to an exchange with the old wallet. The Tx ID doesn't show up on the blockchain. I updated the wallet and nothing changed. Does that mean the coins are gone? Anything I can do?

How is that even theoretically possible if drk is traded against btc?
If you trade drk's for btc's or vice versa doesn't that increase also btc's trading volume?

Gaining momentum. The fiat price for BTC is little affected.
I wonder what happens once DRK is paired against fiat.
We already have the DRK/CNY pair on BTER which is awesome and DRK/USD DRK/CAD on Vault of Satoshi too.

Today has been very interesting. Took some time to read about Drkcoin and only have good feelings about its development.

People read about the coin, find out why it is special and has value - and hey presto, unlike all the shitcoins, there's no dump to kingdom come.
Think about it, if the bunch of guys who got in at 0.0005-0.005 aren't selling but hoarding and holding, there's something big going on.
Doesn't matter how much value any coin has -- no coin is immune to the "pump and dump," or whatever you want to call it. Every coin reaches a bubble that pops, its just a matter of when that "pop" is. Looking at the 24 hr MP chart -- my guess is that it has already popped (at least for this period), but hey -- I would love to be proven wrong.
No doubt that DRK has great value -- this weeks market has testified to that. But it's an abundance of comments similar to yours that usually signals that a coin has already peaked.
I have no doubt it was a pump and dump attempt.
The difference is, with Darkcoin we have a correction and move on, same like 3 or 4 times before (albeit at lower volumes).
Reasons are simple, in any other case all the panic buyers panic sell, here, some people find out about it and stay. Some get masternodes.
And first and foremost, whales never had as much coins as with others.
All in all, it's good action really. Pumpers made money, traders made money and DRK has a new, higher floor.
Those who panicked and lost...well they should learn.

I'm not saying that DRK is never going to go higher (it certainly may), but I am saying that it is my guess that for this period, it has already peaked.

Well, it is highly intereting, yet it has to be smth like btc-e. Did any of the devs write to them? Taking into account the price and interest, this would not be the last thing to talk about.
