Conspiracy time…I read the Winklevoss twins recently had to liquidate their thousands of bitcoins in order to get their new bitcoin ETF through the submission process. What if they are the ones buying up into that 250,000 DRK address because they see DRK as a significant BTC competitor?

Why would they have to liquidate their holdings to get their ETF through the SEC? Source? Doesn't make any sense.

Alright some news. Darkcointalk.org now has a new style. Leave your feedback here. https://darkcointalk.org/threads/new-style.594/

p2pool.darkcointalk.org is fully prepared for the hardfork tommorrow.

Finally, mining.darkcointalk.org is fully functional and fully updated as well.

So check out the new theme, tell me what you think. Even if you don't like it! (If so you can change it back to the other style using the bottom left hand corner.)

-Propulsion

I'm liking the new Darkcointalk look!

Cloning DarkCoin without it's best features won't yield another DarkCoin but a generic shitcoin like all the rest in the clone pack (with the exception of a very very few which seem to be successful, for now).
You're actually right. That would just yield another copycoin with X11, rendering it useless.
Shitcoins are great!
They take away the hashing power from good coins like darkcoin, which means its more profitable to mine Grin

So Mintpal has had goid volume and nothing but buys at the ask for 35 minutes now....and yet we've only gone up 3k Sat's. That's a clear sign of accumulation and yet sellers have barely budged on price. Get a clue you guys we're on the damned launching pad and you're basically giving away your DRK to this buyer(s).

with these exchange levels, we should expect the other big exchanges will now be looking at DRK: Bitstamp, OKCoin, Huobi, BTC China, BTC-e and Kraken.

will make a start on sending them information.

I downloaded the wallet and can't get any active connections. What's the config I should be using? 0.10.7.3 wallet

Could someone point me in a direction? This happened with peercoin and I just added some nodes to fix it. With this wallet though the only file I get is the -qt
Do wallets for other coins currently work fine on the same box? What OS? Firewall issue?

Yeah 2 other wallets have synced today

ac2 (AsiaCoin2  Roll Eyes) is definitely cryptohunter or ILuvAnothing.

It cracks me up that his post was #5 of this thread.   Grin Grin

Also look at what is going on over in scamcoin

there is a guy with 9GH mining dreamcoin atm

9.05GH, how is this even possible?

he is on trademybit.

because x11 probably has modified miners that actually mine at way faster speed. I think there are already x11 asic anyway.

don't matter too much rewards are low now so he is driving the price of the coin up with his hash.... i like the sound of him

Apparently now there are x11 ASICs already. Mating with SHA256 ASICs and Scrypts ASICs to produce Adaptive N FPGAs ....

ALL ninja launches are ALWAYS a scam. However ride this train until it crashes i guess.
