Maybe, who knows.  DRK was over .002 before the major issues with theft & dumping at c-cex and poloniex.  It fell fairly steadily, but didn't nosedive and has been holding around .0012-.00125 for the past week or two.  I'd like to think that was the bottom.

Even also spoke of investor interest pending a change to the inflation formula.  That was on Friday (IIRC), so those entities may not have been trading over the weekend.  This "pump" started around midnight EST and picked up a bit around open of business EST if you notice.  Maybe just a coincidence.

It also seems like someone has made/is making a concerted effort to defeat that bot.

That and Evans upcoming announcement. The rise really started once that came out. I don't think the Alt coin world really knows about drk. Totally under the radar. But those that do know are overwhelmingly positive. Price action is nice but what I like about drk is that the price is really an afterthought. That's why this recent rise is so nice I really don't care. It's all about content here and people come. The way any coin should be. I've stacked all I can stack for the time being anyway. Thanks to everyone who sold it to me these past few weeks below .00125. Let's keep this thread content useful to those that flock here.

This is so funny, I actually thank the troll for bringing it out of you, and for ignore so it was all I saw!  LOL      


Assuming this is a serious question, and after last night's foray 'outside' to the alt forum (still having nightmares)  I can't say people aren't out there trying to talk Darkcoin up, but I don't think that'd work anyway.  I don't think that this coin is being pumped.  The rise has been a long time coming.  We've been at the mercy of that bot and frankly low volume.  The volume has picked up probably because the number of coins to be produced has been narrowed down to a more known and lower range, making it more rare.  We had a discussion about it many times, and this change was the final result.  This more than anything is probably causing the rise in price at the moment though many of us see the current price not congruent with what this coin is truly worth.


I hope we have another beta out this week because I liked using it.  I don't like that people can look up my address and see what came in and what left my wallet!  I plan on making some paper wallets for my nephews, but I don't want people to know how much I'm putting in there, etc...  Not that anyone would really care, but heck, it's my business!
