Added my p2pool node from France using the p2pool-drk fork (thanks again).

176.31.117.210:6903

Already showing on http://darckcoin.mine.nu/

I will add all my miners there during the day.

Switched a miner from the us node to yours

So are the hashrate and payouts of all nodes from http://darckcoin.mine.nu/ bundled?

Hello I am developing a site that takes darksend payments through API. I was wondering how this process would be different then taking payments the same way with btc? Would it be different to accept DRK through darksend as far as API goes?

Silkroad 3.0 Darkroad 1.0 ?

I'm willing to donate some coins to this project ... what about a bounty for a DarkRoad website that runs on tor and accepts exclusively DarkCoin?

Another interesting project would be an open source API to accept DRK payments that any merchant could add to their site in just minutes.

This coin has a purpose, we should develop the tools, if we start now developing them once DarkSend is ready all these tools will be almost ready too.

Here's a start http://www.bit-wasp.org Cool

...and now Poliniex is gone...its like they are all realizing they can steal with impunity...what exchanges will be left after all the theft by these 'exchanges'??

Also DRK should be pushed on to BTER. Thats a pretty stable exchange.

...ok...first off...I'm not trying to upset people here..just frustrated with all the exchanges and coins where people and myself are being victimized...at times I've overstated and my language was less than good...but this sums it up:

MT Gox sent one very bad message to exchanges everywhere: 'We can steal your coins (money), and nobody can stop us or punish us..so why should we be honest at all with you??'.....

I liked Darkcoin...and other things about crypto's for the first few months I mined...but after having coins taken by exchanges...some claiming my Dogecoins were sent to a Digitalcoin wallet on their exchange (I checked the blockcahin and the coins are on the Dogecoin blockchain)...crypsty claimed this with no liability...and unkept promises by so many coin developers, I'm reaching a frustration point...I apologise if I've offended people and the community. I know it's no your fault..and ranting is cheap....after a while it just gets to anyone...

Hi Guys,

To be honest I don't get why it is so crucial, but let me explain how it works.

If I would have bad intentions (and skills) I could destroy 10 coins so far. I am operating pools almost a year now for 23 coins. My pools are fast and stable that's why people like to mine here.

I would say I am securing coins networks with my pools because single farms and haters cannot get enough power. You can say my pool can be DDOSed and of course you are right (although my pools are DDOS protected in some extent) but other pools can be DDOSed as well - whats the difference? They can do it for 1 or 2 or 3 pools without any problems. There is very simple solution for this - if DRK price will go up more pools will be opened and people will spread hashpower naturally.

Feeleep, I think you're providing a great service. I guess the main point is that we want these coins to be secured in a decentralised, trustless manner. Even though you might be a completely trustworthy pool operator, the very fact that your pool has > 50% of hashrate for a coin means it's no longer a trustless scenario. So, all power to you as a pool operator, but for the health of these coins you need competition. Smiley

[edit] Yeah -- what TanteStefana said.

@atomjuice77 I looked through your post history and you've been hurling vitriol and trashing coins left and right. You're more than welcome to criticise any coin you like, but people are going to ignore you if you can't at least be civil.
do not even bother … these coin pimps and trolls would come eventually and we all knew it
(guess it is a good sign as the word DRK gets out)
'ignore' and move on ….>>

The Future Of Work

COINMINE UPDATE #3

The coinmine pool has
2930 MHASH out of total 5169 MHASH on network which is 56.68%

Here is a list of all the alternative pools, transfer your miners to any one of these , ideally spread out as much as possible.

THIS IS CRUCIAL

It hasn't gone down yet, network hashrate has gone down only.

I don't think the comment was to imply anything is wrong with your pool, but only that it isn't healthy for our coin to have everyone at one end of the boat as it may capsize ;P  It just isn't healthy.  Nothing what so ever against you or your pool.  Our main pool run by the developer, was closed to new registrations when it got too big for that same reason.

Anyway, we are very glad that you are here providing darkcoin with a good stable pool and truly hope you stick with us, but we'll still try to get people to spread their hash around for the sake of the coin Smiley
