careful...sell high, and be wary of riding this pump..
this is an easy pump..too many coins locked in masternodes (making an artificial increase in valuation), too few big holders of this coin(instamined), and too few in circulation..
just look at DASH btc-e and poloniex sell orders combined..just less than 20K? compare it at poloniex LTC ~150k, ETH ~400k, XMR ~320k at sell orders...
remember DASH was once marked in coinmarketcap as a premined coin...until a very aggressive protest was done by DASH shills around here

No, never. I have long eyed LTC and dreamed of the day we would pass it. Never happened (yet)!

Just a fun thought...not saying it's likely to happen, but there is a non-zero chance of it.
During the Nov/Dec 2013 BTC bubble, LTC and several other alts increased in value 10x. BTC had just gone up about 400% in a month, and people were presumably diversifying into anything solid at nearly any price (after all, they were flush with cash).
What if the ETF gets approved, and BTC goes to $3,000 as some have predicted. At $3,000 BTC, DASH would be about $70. Let's say BTC holders decide to diversify, and they move into some top alts, including DASH. They could drive our price as high as $700, or even more, considering how many DASH are in MNs that probably aren't going to move any time soon.
Granted, the odds of us seeing $700 DASH this year are probably sub-1% and I DON'T expect it, but it's fun to dream =)

No, from what I could see on coinmarketcap.com, Dash has never been near the market cap of Litecoin. up until now that is.
In Nov 2013 LTC weighed in at a massive 1.17 billion marketcap. it pumped in July 2015, but has otherwise been on a decline from the peak in 2013.
