May I know how much you raised from the sale? Why you chose ICO instead of IEO or you are being self-funded? This project looked great but I think you have a lack of promotion because not many people know about this XX coin!
Maybe there are going to announce about the status of tokens sales here after finish their token sale and I think one more day to go, we know that so far xx team is doing well and lots of investors already invested. let see what will be the final status about xx tokens soon.

What do you mean that it is not ideal? Investors are just getting smarter nowadays and wouldn't just put their hard earn money to ICO's just popping around the corner.
With that said, if they would just look at this project, they might find it interesting and who knows, just maybe there are investors who are willing to take the risk.

I think the primary concern on why the project is going to locked it for one year is because of manipulation. I'm sure you heard so many great projects in the past, but once it hits or listed on an exchange, suddenly a dump happen. And this is why the project is trying to avoid.
As for as if there are projects that are going to surface and surpass their technology, you can't avoid that as you have said, crypto sphere is evolving. But what this project will do for angel or early investors is that they are being protected from manipulations and pump-and-dump schemes.

After a very long long time I see a project worth investing my money.Though I see the XX coin didn't reach the hard cap yet while the big name is enough to raise that much in days! Are you guys lacking on marketing or it just the bear market caused the lack of funding? Though 1 year lock up played a vital role IMO & is too much like other people mentioned though in one way it's good for investors as i don't think any pump or dump group will join this token sale.

The lock-up period is for securities regulatory compliance.

That's true of 1 year locked must be criticized but that's the decision that has already taken by the team. AFAIK if the team was also getting the private funding it should be around 3 - 4 million dollars in the past. The problem is this ico was not choosing the best time to launch ico. I just think positively about that and the team has various reasons for that. We will see that after this coin will be listed on the market. I can say this has a lot of potentials to be doubled.
The pumpers will never try to do that but the pumpers will always prepare themselves to pump the coin after it has been listed on the market. I think if you are an old crypto adopter and you might know properly about how the pump and dump group worked until this day. The product is alive and this one will be easy to be listed on a good market.
This project can reach the hardcap instantly when listed on the IEO market but there are some considerations for that.

locking for 1 year is sometimes advisable so stakeholders will not dump it in the market. it is for the sake of the project. and yes, thats a long time already when youre in crypto. but i think they are confident with their project. because of david chaum in the lead?
KYC requirement is usually needed if the project wants to follow certain regulations of the country where it is legally operating. and because of that, they have to enforce such reqmt. up to the potential investor if he will comply or not.
