IPO just a way of distribution,I don't care about how many btc can raise.
If you really only want a way to distribute the coin, then use proof of burn, same as Counterparty did. More people will believe you and participate

Don't worry.when I finsh , I will release a beta wallet .IPO will open before I release a formal wallet .
