Is there actual release of DIEM local wallet? Or should use the wallet from OP of the thread?
If local wallet can sync with no issues maybe will send the following ticket to Poloniex from each DIEM users:
"Please send my DIEM coins to my local wallet: YOUR_WALLET_ADDRES"

How are things going in the diem world? Been quite quiet here lately...yeah I guess it sucks we are off poloniex, that was a good exchange and it brought carpe diem some attention.
