Does anyone has any experience with, for example mining Doge, with a R9 280X?
I would like to know if it is worth to mine with this card.

The R9 280X pulls around 850 kH/s of scrypt hashing on optimal settings without overclocking, and that's not half-bad. However, if you're serious about making an effort with this you should try locating an HD7990 instead. It costs just marginally more than the 290X but does around 1350 kH/s before overclocking, and can reach 1500 kH/s with a tiny amount of overclocking - assuming you can manage to cool it properly so it doesn't throttle down from the heat.

off topic, but what did you do to get 850 khs out of a 280x?  I've got two (sapphire and a gigabyte) and under win 7 x64 i can only get 750Khps out of both ( total around 1500Khs.  here's my config:

I was laughing so hard at this HITLER PARODY Video!!!   SO FUNNY! MUCH PARODY!
 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byt1EPt4NGg

But I think DOGE actually helps Bitcoin. But the video is still very funny.

There is something about dogecoin I never knew, and I guess there are people that doesn't know about it. The writings at DOGE pictures are actual DOGE thoughts. I hope the whole thing will make a lot more sence now..  Grin

Go here to request Dogecoin to be added.  This is a crypto payment processor that supports many cryptos.  Let's get DOGE added!

https://www.coinpayments.net/index.php?cmd=coinreq

Ignore * Note: Coins already on the list don't need to be requested again * because Dogecoin is not on the list.  The more requests the better chance to have CoinPayments handle DOGE.

When current asking price is 67, why would someone sell at 64 - 66? Are they trying to push/keep the price down?

The ask is the selling price.  If the bid is 64-66 then that's what the buyers are willing to pay.

I got it backwards. There were buy orders for 67, but someone was putting in sell orders for 64-66. It looked like they were trying to bring down the price.
Got it.  I've noticed that on both Cryptsy and coins-e too.

Guys we are where we are on the power of our community alone.

Miners may push us down again, but use that last push to give you faith that the community is powerful.

Once block halving occurs it is time for our rocket launch.

Just remember to have faith until then, even if doge begins to fall.

KlondikeCoin - Get Real Gold !
Diff and reward are way wrong! Already at 12.5% of total cap in just 2 weeks, and it ain't stoppin. There will be tons of worthless coins in no time.

The first 100.000 blocks yield the most coins. After that it halves, halves and halves untill only 10k coins roll out of a block. Thats why at the start, many coins come into the market. This will slow down over time.

Worthless is not the correct naming. It is all about supply and demand. As long as there is a interest for this coin and (mass) media is reporting about it, demand will stay and likely increase. This in combination with the decling rate of coins released in the (near) futute, the value should rise.

They just stupid ppl when they put it on less than the the highest bid they lose cause

if that high bid is 68 and they sell for 64 it fills the 68 order or 67 etc and just vanishes

yesterday i saw some1 put a 1 satoshi sell order and asking price was like 50 ish

so the 50 order just bought doge for 1 instead of 50
