The main issue here is that CoinedUp doesn't automatically do the lower value transactions, so if you place a buy for 0.5 BTC it will ignore all the values below that and buy at the rate you indicated it to. So instead of buying your 0.00000001 DOGE at 33 Satoshis you do it at 0.5 BTC

The port 4093 (old port) stopped working on http://doge.netcodepool.org due to which 2.5Mh/s dropped to 0.5Mh/s in matter of minutes.
So, this is the cause of current drop in total hashrate.
