So I have a random dogecoin address in my receive tab. It isnt mine, I looked it up on the blockchain. I had coins sent there because I saw it in my receive and they didnt even come to my wallet.

What happened?

Hey, that happened to me a couple days ago. Then it disappeared.
Huh

Lala and MajikPiG
The amount recevied in second address, do you still see it in your wallet?
Nop. I had my 30k mined coin coming into that address. I looked up the  blockchain after it paid out and it seems like it was someone elses wallet number, they have transactions from 09/12/13. I closed my wallet, reopened and now the address is gone.

I think this is the case of duplicate wallet address generation whose probability in Bitcoins is supposed to be 0.000000000000000000001%
Not sure what's wrong in Doge QT
Kk just hoping it doesnt happen again now.

I did not see any amount received in the address. Maybe it was the "invisible" address that all these clients send a bit back to?
I only saw an address briefly, with a label the same as my primary receive address. Then it disappeared when I came back to the tab.

you went to very address?
Nop, was in my receive tab. I closed my wallet, opened again, now its not there anymore..
an address that isn't yours appeared in your wallet, it had coins as well, but then it disappeared? Impossible Shocked
Not joking one bit. This is a bug. I don't know any developers. But this address appeared in my Receive and it had previous transactions, weird as, I'll just mine back my coins.

What I exactly did was make a new address named "Spare", but then it made two called "Spare", one being a fresh address and one being someone elses.

Wow, we are quickly becoming the MoonPool of choice for doges everywhere!  220MH and growing!! Still not a second of downtime!!!

http://doge.netcodepool.org

Announcing:

http://doge.netcodepool.org

We would like to invite you to mine for doge on our pool.  We offer a great feature set with rock solid performance and excellent support.  Our doge pool has had absolutely zero downtime since launch and is running great on the same server as our much larger litecoin pool.  We will have dug our 100,000,000th doge sometime tonight!  We have a very active chat and a forum with 4500+ members and growing.  Our pool uses PPLNS and has a 2% fee.

A little bit about us....

Netcodepool.org is run by a group of five admins.  They are: Inaun, Soulreafer, Stroodle, Chewbacca1, and Goldstar99.  You can usually find a couple of us in chat most hours of the day.   Our LTC pool has paid out 70,000+ LTC to our miners and we pride ourselves on not having lost single user’s coin due to glitches/security breaches/pool operator error(this is a common occurrence in pools unfortunately).

Our community is also one of the best crypto communities out there.  No question is too basic, and help is often just seconds away in our chatroom.   It’s really amazing how far our users go to help each other so do not hesitate to ask in the forums or chat if you are confused!

Also….We regularly hold raffles and events in our forums/chat.  Our raffles are all live streamed(admins cannot participate) and we have given out hundreds of steam codes, hundreds of LTC, a 7870, 1oz silver bars, etc.  We try to keep the community active and involved and the response has been very positive.

On the 21st of December we are raffling a r9 290(400$ video card!), ltc, doge, and game codes(several copies of battlefield 4).  There is no entry fee or anything like that.  For details and to signup please visit ---  http://forum.netcodepool.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=617

Technical features:

Let's don't trade and only mine/buy and hold. I believe you will make more profit.

You got it buddy! That's the only way you can send 1 DOGE = $1
We need unity among miners.
