Yesterday it was fast for a couple of hours then it stopped sending payments and today I get this:

Depends what your hasrate is. If it is low then the refresh time on the site may not be picking up your hashes when the dashboard refreshes. If you are getting "Accepted a11714bb Diff 197/64 GPU 0" something like this for cgminer, then shares are being accepted and you will be paid. I had the same thing happen yesterday when I was playing around with some CPU mining at 10Khs.
Edit: Just saw your screen shot and the Khs rate is why.

You got it, it's working now. Still post what video card you have because with some tweaking you can get more hashes. Here's my .bat file for an AT 7850

About the best you can expect from the 8800 is around 12Khs. With the settings above, play with them a bit for best results. There is a Readme.txt in the CGminer folder as well as a Scryptreadme.txt too. Check them out for an explanation about the above settings.
