Shardax(will be implemented and fully operated in third quarter this year; voting campaigns have been run).

Honestly, I don't think Lightning network is essential feature in the crypto ecosystem. Transfering my money at the light speed. Thanks for great technology, but I don't really need it.

Lightning network isn't only about fees, it is also about speed. I think the settlement is supposed to happen instantly, isn't it?

Indeed, it is essential to really make micro transactions work within the Bitcoin network as soon as possible.

For now, yes. It will all change on July when SPV wallet is launched, then you only need some conf files for all the coins you want to trade and "interoperate" between different blockchains.
Eg. using Ethereum smart contracts with Dogecoins, or Dash's anonymity, or participating dICO on Komodo platform or any features that other coins have through The Blocknet platform.

Is this true ? that happend super fast. A lot of people warned about the scammy look but I have never thought that they would exit scam so fast.

Every exchanger with huge price diff with normal (compare with medium to small known exchanger) is a big red flag. No need to be consider more.
