Smart investors should stay calm and be realistic, not too optimistic about future prices of coins they invested money in.
Not too optimistic is a relative term. Of course I am optimistic about my investments or otherwise I wouldn't have made it. For DOGE it will also be important to see what Bitcoin is doing next. I don't think will increase along with Bitcoin and additionally outperform it by also increasing in Satoshi terms.

Bcore isn't that relevant anymore... the cryptocurrencies are correlated, but they don't move because some other coin does it first. When the reversal happened a week ago, a number of major cryptos started to move at the same time. In fact, Doge began to rally 2 days prior to BTC. It doesn't matter so much what Bcore (BTC) or any other coin does specifically, just what the overall condition of the market is as a whole.
If Bitcoin starts flash dumping again and again and again, you either would hold because you say you don't care. Or if you are someone who had a bit more skin in the game than was reasonable, you might want to get out of crypto no matter what currency you hold. The way to get out is via Bitcoin as well. The way to get in is often via Bitcoin. A lot will stand and fall with Bitcoin for now. Just my opinion.
