That chart follows bitcoin pretty well, transactions for doge are still very high.

Id rate DOGE as a strong sell right now. Im expecting 50's or less
Doge is going down the drain, look at what's left of the 'community'... it's a group of hopeless people clinging on to their coin whille it's diving in value. They say that the value of doge doesn't matter but with every satoshi it falls the get grumpier and grumpier...

Agreed - the 'halving' doesn't make altcoins jump in any appreciable way, been through dozens of hyped halvings that result in no discernible change.
Definitely the USD pairing and ANY good news for Bitcoin, though!
