Yeah , but if you allowed deposits after the fork , some people might be buying/selling the wrong doge , and you're putting your exchanger at risk . If not a risk of losing money , at least trust.

Apart from the numbers , I don't get what he said with the updated model of e-coin.

Lets be honest. The olympic thing was supposed to help DOGE going mainstream. I personally don't give a f about jamaicans doing Bobsleigh. This was all about ADVERTISING.

DONATING would make sense if the purpose was to help homeless people or something like that. If those guys arent able to do bobsleigh they won't die from it.

If you wanted doge mentioned or seen at the Olympics , there were a lot of advertising panels for sale.
Donation it's something totally different. That's why most of them are anonymous.

It's the same as the bitcoin fork in March:

Basically the chain has split in two chains , and each continues independently from the point of the fork.
It's like all the balances are transferred into two chains doge a and doge b which work independently.
