I have a program that keeps tracks of blocks, values, block times, difficulties etc for all major scrypt coins and I wonder is there's a way to create a formula that will know when the multipliers are ready to kick in - thanks in advance.

Halving occurs every 525600 blocks. We are on block 481592 now, so there are 44008 blocks left. Around 1500 blocks are processed every day, so we can expect halving exactly in one month.
However, halving will NOT change price in one day. Market usually assumes that halvings exist and it affects the price before they occurs, in long term period. If you expect rise in one month because of halving then you should be aware that it would be normal pump.

Buy as much as you can. The best would be 2 sat, but I am not sure that we will reach this low price, 3 sat is possible.

Someone on dumped almost 400k EAC on Cryptsy today on the XRP market and filled a really low order I had for 70k EAC. I feel lucky, I just turned 300 EAC I collected from faucets into 70k EAC

Too many coins come out and provide services and promises and seems like all other alts that have faded away they cant keep upto par or on track with their project leave it and make a new trash coin and focus more on that and when that goes boom then they do another and so on. Markets are saturated right now and I see nothing forth coming that is promising other than the ones I am strongly following and helping out with.

I saw few bigger transactions but I think pumpers bought their own coins Yesterday I saw few good steps to overtake coins at 4 sat, but it was not so successfull. I think they need more small pumps and dumps (I am still waiting to buy at 2-3 sat but buy walls don't let me buy
