Hi, is this the same project? https://www.ecocoin.com it seems they have been working since 2009, but I am not sure if it's the same, in their site they don't explain which kind of blockchain are they using..

It seems someone manually returns back number of blocks at explorer.ecocoin.info. Any reason? Possible SCAM?

I stopped my mining at about half hour, and in the meantime explorer.ecocoin.info returned back to almost at value at previous post. WHY?
