We received an excellent tweet from XBTS Exchange this morning. It was an encouraging start to a productive day within the EverGreenCoin community. Please consider giving it a like and / or retweet.

On the topic of exchanges, I discovered on Altilly's trello board that we have passed Altilly's first round review. They still have not directly communicated. I do not know that they will prior to listing, but if they do, I will relay that information as previously promised.

Also, so the community is aware, I did contact the New Zealand police in regards to the Cryptopia hack. On behalf of the EverGreenCoin community and the cryptocurrency industry at large, I thanked them for reporting information during their investigation and offered them praise. I also wished them success and thanks for their efforts to root out some of the 'darkness' in the industry that makes honest projects like EverGreenCoin's 'light' diminished. They did respond and said they would pass the praise on throughout the investigation team. I know Cryptopia staff has been allowed back in their building, but I have not heard much since. For the record: I did ask New Zeealand police about users' EverGreenCoin balances and was told they are not a liberty to say because it was an ongoing investigation. There was some information floating around, sorry I do not remember the source and can't cite it here, that did list about 40 coins that supposedly were effected. EverGreenCoin was not in that list. Of course, I hope they are able to re-open soon and with as little losses as possible of all coins.

In Discord we have been busy formalizing PoE, arranging Spring tree plants (more in negotiation / arrangement) for Earth Day 2019, and adding Authorized Efforts and crowdfunds (more in negotiation / arrangement there also). We do need your contributions for these projects to reach their goals. If you can not contribute financially, please retweet tweets and share posts so that efforts might get in-front of eyes that may be able to help financially. It was a very productive meeting and it seems I am not the only one very excited, motivated, and eager for EGC spring 2019! Many things were discussed:

• Finalizing Proof of Environment rules, though not yet publicized in final form, but will be this weekend. We will be going with the March 1st launch of PoE. PoE is like what we did in the past for Earth Day Celebrations, were people submit pictures / videos for rewards, but PoE will be every month with better structure and policies and proper procedures. We feel we have a straight forward approach for ecowarriors and those just going for a stroll to submit evidence of environmental work (planting, trash collection, solar install, anything that is positive for the environment) pics and vids via the website to be a "worker", submitting "Work shares", to be included in the month's "block reward" and get their share of the pot for that month. The pot starts with 500 EGC from the Foundation every month, but there will be a dynamic staking for charity address and people can grow the pot throughout the month using that address, be it charity staking to or direct donation to the address. 
• Meditation group - The Wellness branch is forming a mediation group. Kakuma and others, myself included, will be participating in a meditation this Wednesday. But it will be 1 AM EST, to accommodate for the refugee camp. Anyone in the community is welcome to join. We hope that in time we get regular mediation groups established and be paying the instructors in small amounts of EGC. 

Those are just the bigger points discussed. Of course, all of this will be detailed in this month's video update.

Today, among other things, we hope to finalize the rules for Proof of Environment and get them documented clearly. If all goes as planned, launching PoE March 1st. I will detail PoE clearly during this month's video update when I record it next week.

Spring is knocking on the door here in the northern hemisphere. We are all very, very eager for that! We will be sure EverGreenCoin is in the best possible position to educate, promote, and "To the treetop!" this spring! as i said long time ago, projects like this that do not have any fundamental will just receive less and less attention


with 300$ daily volume, bittrex makes just some cent from the trading fees
so, they have  lot more expenses than earnings from keeping EGC listed

i would not be surprised to hear that this coin will be delisted

Its the risk of market making on a volatile market, you have to put capital at risk - I lost just less than a bitcoin overall over about 10-15 currencies I was trading - but 100% of that was made through market making or staking - so nothing lost in terms of my initial investment.

Sorry to learn you, or any community member, were effected. I, of course, hope 'topia will reopen in the near future so all users can access all funds.

I will relay any response I receive from Altilly as soon as I do receive a response.

Great, would be good to be listed elsewhere - hope we get our EGC back from 'topia - I was market making on there and had a fair amount at stake (not worried though as I knew the risk)

Altilly was previously contacted for addition of EverGreenCoin via their Telegram on January 17th, 2019. No response was received.
