You're right.
I'm happy because it's really difficult for smallers miners to do good choices ! ( I've 3MHs on X15, not 24h/24 )

Glad to hear you are finding your EverGreenCoin mining profitable and adventagous. As a fellow small miner, that is awesome to hear.

Thank you for that good news.

@EverGreenCoin : i had to patch/hardcode the foundation address in my stratum to allow the submitblock method...

it should be in getblocktemplate output, like masternodes coins. Here is a suggestion :

+    CBitcoinAddress address(!fTestNet ? FOUNDATION : FOUNDATION_TEST);
+    result.push_back(Pair("payee", address.ToString()));
+    result.push_back(Pair("payee_amount", devCoin));

the "payee" field seems standard (seen in DASH masternodes also), for the amount one... well, could be charityvalue too

Thank you for bringing this to my attention and sorry if it gave to any hassle. I will correct this today asap.

Wallet not locked, not encrypted, running h24.

OH wait a minute !
In statistics screen, i now see "Your stake weight : 55"
( but always Stake : 0 on main screen )

Is that correct ?

Yes, correct. Oh that is great to hear and I am glad you are now staking! The arrow in the lower right of the main screen does not update in real time as it does more so on the statistics screen. This may have mislead you. I do apologize, I did not think of this.

You will start receiving staking rewards soon.

Happy staking!

First deposit in wallet was ~36h ago, so the 24h period is over.
Restarted wallet, no change.
Stake always at 0 Sad

Actually 700EGC in wallet, only 1 address created, receiving 5-10EGC/hour from mining on pool.

First time i'm testing POS, I'm missing something ?

If you have the wallet encrypted and and it is locked, you do need to unlock it. You can unlock it for staking only or for spending and staking by unchecking / checking the "Unlock for staking only" check box on the unlock dialog window.

If you do not have the wallet encrypted and therefore it can not be locked, it does not sound like you are missing anything. Leave the wallet open, unlocked (for staking only or for staking and spending), and running consistently as much as possible. You will start to gain staking weight.

I've coins in my wallet, from more than 24h, and only my mining transactions come into my wallet.
Stake is 0.
How works POS ?

Thanks !

PoS rewards are mining transactions.

If by "Stake is 0" you mean your stake weight is zero, you do not have adequate coin age.  Minimum coin age for staking is 24 hours plus maturity. Your weight will increase as your coins meet this requirement. You may just need to wait patiently for this.

Simply put, PoS works by holding EverGreenCoin in your EverGreenCoin wallet. If you would like to gain a more detailed understanding of PoS, read https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proof-of-stake.

Of course, you are welcome and if you have more specific questions, feel free to ask. Myself, the rest of the team, and the EverGreenCoin community are glad to help.

I just added all transactions up and I'm missing that amount it seems. So I send them to myself but didnt receive them.

Is there a way to look that up for u ?

I could copy u all transactions if that helps.

I am confused. You were able to send them to yourself but, they are missing? How were you able to send coins that were unspendable? If you mean this is how it did previously happen, two ideas: 1) rebroadcast the transaction. 2) resync.

Sure I was able to spend the coins which were in my wallet. I sent them to another address within my wallet and thats how they became unspendable/disappeard.

Thats actually only reasonable way I could think of how that happend.

I assume I accidently wanted to send twice from same addy without within 1 minute so first transaction didnt have confirmation yet. And no I dont mean doublespending as I didnt try to send whole amount each time. Lets say was 100 coins in addy and I tried to send 2 times 10 coins to 2 different addies within same block.

I think I could just send u my wallet.dat for investigation.

I would be glad to help you unravel this. You can send it to [email protected] and I will look into it now.
