Crypto is the separation of Power and State.

The .gov.ph will decide which proposal becomes the "real ePeso."

As for that other one, it uses SHA256 so it will be trivial for BCX to chainfork just for the lulz.

XCH (not yet another Bitcoin clone) is the best available platform for ePeso.

Yes, however, there's a long line since Clearwallet only allows two sends at a time. Just PM your viacoin address.

for real world currencies backed by a government, i think ripple is a perfect fit.  a countries' central bank would be the perfect ripple gateway.

i know ripple is frowned upon in these parts, but please explore the tech, be open minded and see for yourself.

Please explain the Ripple tech. As far as I know it also works like NXT with a proof of stake-like consensus and there's voting involved for gateways? Another thing, wallets have to be pre-loaded with its currency. Let me remind you, the Central Bank alone has the mandate to issue coins.

Right now, we're actually discussing an issue on how to demonetize e-Peso in Clearinghouse whenever/if ever the time comes (reference: http://news.google.com/newspapers?id=cWcVAAAAIBAJ&sjid=igsEAAAAIBAJ&pg=4928%2C4696327 and http://news.google.com/newspapers?id=ZWcVAAAAIBAJ&sjid=igsEAAAAIBAJ&dq=lipunan&pg=6182%2C2115669) If you have any ideas about this, we would appreciate it.

you can allready trade your epesos on the decentralized exchange https://clearwallet.co/

i don't see any established market for epeso in clearwallet.co

i can see my owned epeso in my portfolio but no way to trade them for the moment.

there is a tab on the left: exchange. There you have to find the pair for epeso via (markets)  and there is one buy and one sell offer in the moment.

thanks, i didn't notice it. (early in the morning, i'm as blind as a bat...)
