Ya nothing wrong here as wrong here and all logos are some modifications of freely available templates online. The only thing is that the devs of both coins should discuss and come to an understanding. Right now EuropeCoins' is looking better and it came first so its fair for ERC to use it. It would be bad if both the coins come out with similar logos

Yes it is, cos it is used one PSD template found on internet, and authors doesnt seems to bother changing anything, exept text.
But on the other side, original and unike logos with great design looses the contest for logo.

CHARITY

As said in the IPO STABILIZATION FUND specifications each time a bought with fund is made then the 75% ERC coins from that transaction will be shared back through investors. The other 25% will be divided as charity fund for this tasks. When prefixed amount for each charity will be reached then we'll convert the ERC into BTC to be usable for effective charity donation sending.

If we fill at least the 90% of the IPO we'll send in the first week the charity donations of 1 BTC each!
All the donations process will be explained and transparent, with real life referrals to intermediate Person designed between BTC and Fiat value converting.
Our PR are working to be possible donate directly BTC, instead of first converting to FIAT value. We'll update constantly this section.

iBiPot is preparing new pool for ERC and will be launched after coin daemon is released. We need to test things before going public
Currently front is installed and stratum load-balancers are being set up (we have some issues with X11). In the past we have learned many lessons and interesting things of what it takes to keep large and responsive pool up and running. All this knowledge will be used in ERC pool to be the best!
