Am I obliged to leave my shares on the exchange? Is it considered safe?

I don't feel with you guys who got left out. You snooze, you lose, that's life. This project has been asking for funding for about one month, and the IPO was prolonged once. This forum has attracted people with a self entitled attitude lately and I am glad I am glad you are not on board with me.

Expecting success from a last minute all-out-effort is something I haven't done since high school. Proceeding to complain about it is cringe worthy.

This might be a bit out of place but I thought I'd share my thoughts on this.  I believe one of the currently underutilized features of bitcoin is its ability to transfer wealth to developing nations which have workers abroad in countries with a different currency from their home currency.  From a technical standpoint, there is almost no reason for Western Union.  My parents have family in the Philippines and send money to them monthly using Western Union and pay a fee in addition to going through a small hassle.  I've been looking for a way to utilize bitcoin to make the process simpler and cheaper but I can't find an exchange for bitcoin to Philippine pesos.  

Now, the Philippines has the 12th largest population in the world and they are a known exporter of skilled and non-skilled workers who send money home on a regular basis.  Mexico has the 11th largest population and their foreign workers do the same on a large scale, although I haven't looked into whether or not there is an effective Mexican peso exchange.  Many prominent bitcoin people see the emerging markets as the key consumers for the next stage of bitcoin, and I believe this to very much be the case.

I think that when the fiat markets are developed for AlcurEX you should seriously consider providing services for developing market currencies and tapping into the market of international money transfer and currency exchange.  Foreign workers who choose to use bitcoin to transfer money home would never have to learn the technical aspects of bitcoin or engage in the speculative nature of holding it in a wallet.  They could simply sign up for AlcurEX's services which could take care of all the necessary tasks in converting the currencies so that it becomes an input of USD or Euros on one end and an output of pesos or whatever respective currency on the other.  Neither user even has to handle a single bitcoin.  Wire companies like Western Union and Moneygram are worth about $4.5 billion and provide an almost completely obsolete service.  But, I admit I know nothing about the financial/regulatory difficulties of having a large quantity of fiat markets, but I do know there are customers out there who would happily use this service.

I wanted to participate in this IPO.   I thought I had hours left.  I would consider buying shares above purchase price.   PM with offers, if there is even a method to exchange them. 

Its not even March 10th yet in my timezone!

I also missed the boat. Too bad the exact time of closing wasn't announced til 3 hours before.

Anyway, I'll just be holding microcoins.

Sure.. you will send me the btc and i will send you the shares via email address in cryptostocks. Because if i put the sell order somebody will get it.

not sure if you noticed. but with in last 1 hr the buy went from 60btc to 70BTC. So i wasn't the only one there waiting last minute. as a matter of fact all the 15 btc that came in was for people at last minute on purpose. to be the biggest bag holder.

Ofcourse not... it will never be extended. It was extended because the community requested for leverage. I should have been done march 1st.

10 day extension wasn't enough time for you? does MRC have to give you private updates down to the second and hold your hand. You had more then enough time to buy your shares... MRC please don't extend the time
