Customers was informed to withdraw coins out from old exchange.

I dont recommend to leave coins laying for half year in any place without looking exchange news at least monthly.
Your coins are safe in backup data.... just need to dig it....

I do not know much about IOTA but well known to byteball. I am seconding that. For a bunch of reasons not all related to Byteball or IOTA distinctively. It's about variety and freedom of choice.
The more sites the better, that simple. "Size matters" will kick in anyways, so the small only have that small chances. Unwise to miss out on that.

Yes there is bugs listed:
User cached data can get empty on login process, F5 helps and placing support message will refresh data as well.
2 hours inactive page can lost userdata if javascript is stopped. (F5 will help)

We are working with those and with few other bugs.
