Their markets don't work anymore.
I sent them email some days ago and they never replied.
Their zendesk customer help is not functioning and they have not logged into bitcointalk for over a year.

I have found 2 minor weaknesses in their service, and the ALTS.trade team has fixed those in a timely manner.

From what I can tell by looking at the UI I can see that there is a lot of work going on here and this is someyhing i have been waiting to see. With such work put into it, i think these guys are here to stay.
