For the ones on http://pwc.hackshardgaming.net I am still trying to get everything working 100% properly but its the same as if you where solo mining. People are getting 1 outa like 40 blocks they find as valid right now because the currency is so new. It should stop staling out as the difficulty goes up. I am watching the pool at all times and Restarting it if I see that something isn't correctly showing up. Yes, You are going to get alot of Prevhash-stale and prevhash-wrong due to the blocks being updated so fast.
I must be stupid, so I've made a .conf file in the roaming folder, now what? Could someone go through the steps quickly to setup solo mining?
Paste this in .conf file. Reatart client. Point miner to 127.0.0.1:9863 User x password x you are mining

Point your CGMiner to: -o http://127.0.0.1:rpcport -u rpcuser -p rpcpassword (where you replace the words by the values you provided in the .conf).
Update - 760 PWC mined so far
Update after I got the client to connect only 4 stales (cgminer). Not even close to being valid no transactions even. I hate coming home from work to 3 new coins.

It lasted whole 5 minutes
Pool server's getting slammed, resulting in lots of stales. There need to be a few more pools to even the work out.

NEED POOL!
A pool wouldn't help. The difficulty is still way too easy as blocks are being found at 1-3 second intervals.
Personally I have 1 matured block, 65 orphans and about 1000 stales. Give it time, once the difficulty increases you may actually get lucky.
pool will help a lot, it always does in cases like this, cnc, royal etc etc all much better with bobs pools, where is he?
