Now China or Korea Exchange is on the top, but Euro still not have a qualify exchange like Binance, Bithumb, Huobi...
I belive Blockchain.io will run so far to be the one of 5 best exchange in the world.
Pierre is the CEO of Paymium, a company he co-founded in 2011 as one of the first bitcoin exchanges in the world. He is a recognized expert in the cryptocurrency industry.
 His experience will help project success.
Otherwise, Jean-Pascal Beaufret,Former Head of the Tax Administration – French Ministry of Finance,Advisor – Goldman Sachs is one of the advisor of blockchain.io. Just imagine when goldman Sachs become a investor's project. It's imposible.

I'm really enthusiast about this french blockchain project for many reasons :

- Strong team with Pierre Noizat as funder which is a very famous french expert in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- They benefit from the experience of Paymium.com which is one of the oldest bitcoin exchanges in the world and hack-free since its inception in 2013. Ultra-secure and profitable, Paymium is registered with the French regulation authority ACPR and accounting is certified by external auditors.
- Their program is ambitious : Blockchain.io  aims  to  become  the  leading  cryptographic exchange in Europe by 2020 !
- The project leverages the latest developments in cross-chain atomic swaps, cryptographic protocols, and payment networks such as Lightning and Raiden to  overcome the scalability issues of decentralized blockchains. It will allow transactions across heterogenous blockchains, with increasing speed and lower cost of transactions.
- Blockchain.io is very concerned about security breachs and want to be an ultra-secure exchange. Their team has a lot of experience in this domain and seems to have the skills necessary to achieve this goal.

The crypto market is largely still in its infancy, specifically in Europe. There is a lack of transparent and regulated crypto-exchange with a proprietary token enabling institutions to launch their ICOs. Blockchain.io proprietary token will allow to offer incentives to bootstrap the liquidity of the trading platform.

Well , i like this project cause Blockchain.io will list a careful selection of cryptocurrencies: Proof-of-Work (POW) coins such as Bitcoin, Ether or Litecoin, Proof-of-Stake (POS) coins like Qtum or Stratis, Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) coins, and other cryptographic protocols yet to be designed and minted. Good day to all. Very promising project, I think that everyone who supports it will not remain without thanks. A blockchain is a decentralized, distributed and public digital ledger that is used to record transactions across many computers so that the record can not be retroactively changed without altering all subsequent blocks and network consensus. It confirms that each unit of value was transferred only once, solving the long-standing problem of double spending. Blockchains have been described as a value - exchange protocol.

In the manifesto, please note that we did not mention all members of our team (both those in tech and on the marketing side) because we are running an exchange and we need to keep some members anonymous as failsafes. I respectfully disagree concerning your remarks about the team. The project here is building an exchange; not a blockchain. Our team is composed of exchange experts from both the crypto-sphere and the traditional financial world. To remove any doubts about our capabilities, the Blockchain.io platform is currently being developed as we speak. The Alpha is planned for June 2018 and the Beta for late July. Early investors will get access to Alpha & Beta.

 the situation will shift soon. We are currently working with a French bank and are constrained by French banking regulation, which is one of the strictest in the world. The banking cartel is very strong and proactively undermines our business. Following our migration to a different banking partner, they have imposed uncompetitive funding limits (10K€/year), preventing any significant high-volume traders from boosting volume and fueling platform liquidity. We are currently working on an alternative banking solution in Europe, and we plan to add USD & JPY to our bitcoin exchange. We are confident that volume will be back on Paymium once this is settled.

I have seen the website  BLOCKCHAIN.IO it has nice vision to make great things it will make future of all so i hope more and more people will connect with this.

For me this is a welcome development. In fact the project is awesome.
The importance perhaps the value of the internet these days cut across all societies. So coming up with an ICO like this to create more awareness is very okay. However, I would like to point out here that measures has to been in place to see to the successful completion of it as regard the security aspect amongst others. I would like give my shout out to the BlockChain team for putting up something of this kind. One my part I would tell it to all my followers on twitter, friends on facebook, medium, instagram, telegram even my contacts via whats to see that it is successful as my own quota of contribution. In the next few years, the block chain technology will increase dramatically, and we will try to achieve a cryptographic process. In order to do that, I want to correct the speculation and do not forget the purpose of the coin, which is the essence of cryptography. If you do, you will be able to evolve both the encryption chain and the block chain.

I can not say that the idea of ​​the project is something new and will revolutionize, but it is relevant! In my opinion, in this project everything depends on the team, I've learned enough information, and I can safely say that in this project the team consists of professionals, I hope this project will be a huge success.

The online world is  using cryptocurrency as a main financial instrument. The market driven by cryptocurrencies is  growing up creating space for alot of new ideas.
I think your team is composed of capable members for the project, I think the idea behind the project is great, the idea of a decentralized exchange combined with the features of a centralized exchange is a great idea being more customer friendly with in general more security for the customer itself. Still there needs to be alot of competition. However im not sure about the way you try to use an Airdrop like this to create a memberbase. Is it even possible to create value of your company by spending this huge amount of tokens for free to everyone joining?

 I know that the project is still in infancy but Im not sure if you waste so much money on creating a huge memberbase, that you are able to beat the other competitors. How do you think you can beat other competitors such as QURREX and others. Alot of projects have been started with the same goal as your project, creating a new, better, more secure and faster exchange. I think this is a ambituos project and i wish you all the the best to be the one to reach this goal.

The advisory board is awesome and very professional, however, I don't find the core team capable to achieve their goal. There are no experienced blockchain developers at all. You claim it is profitable. How can it be profitable?
