I've appealed to this new exchange ColdCryptos from the founders of the Facebook Multicoin Tipping App in their forum about adding Faircoin. If anyone wants to add too or follow the thread. I've already had success in asking them to add Anoncoin.
They've accepted to put the coin up for voting on whether to add it or not. The more exchanges the better even if they're new and small exchanges. As it helps to decentralise the trading of Faircoin and adds much needed redundancy to the likes of the current MintPal problem.
They've added it for voting on. I think you vote by sending up to sixty different crytpocurrencies until it reaches a value of $120USD then it gets accepted on their exchange and across all their platforms AFAIK - http://community.coldcryptos.com/threads/faircoin.454/

Well if we wanna have our coin, we must take it seriusly, I just bought 1000 faircoins for 0.02 btc because I cannot buy nothing with my small btc amount so I hope build something useful for the future and for my nexts jobs with this faircoin.
So if we don't need to do it quick, I sugest do it carefully and slow.

somehow I think moolah have fucked up faircoin. They have stopped replying to any queries. This is sad
Well their CEO was yesterday night replying a lot of comments in the #mintpal IRC,
now the ETA, he did, for the lost accounts has been overcome, and everyone is waiting for a new update. Lets see how it goes
Anyway they dont can fuck faircoin because the power of organizing is ours. As much, they can put some difficult decitions in our way to go straight

Is true that the more exchanges the better for altcoins, but i think the way Faircoin is going we should focus in Bittrex atm.
Centralisation is not good, i agree with that, but for the time being is the best for Faircoin.
And yeah, sadly you can only keep coins in any exchange if you can afford to loose them.
Getting a major exchange on board like Bittrex would truly be amazing. Also the plus factor of having as many exchanges as possible be them large or small should not be overlooked. We should all be reaching out for as many exchanges as possible. Be them large or small as that's how true decentralization and redundancy works. Even Bittrex and/or MintPal could get hacked or just disappear potentially. So to aim to get several exchanges onboard is for the best.

There is clearly an urgent need for an exchange atm, but i am not sure about rushing into this small exchanges, just for security reasons.
With so many new or unknown exchanges out there we expose the risk of a hack or simply the exchange to close down and we will loose a bunch of coins.
Perhaps we should concentrate in Bittrex until Mintpal is back up and running, hoping there is no loss in faircoins @Mintpal.
Also i think we need just one exchange, that will give us better control on the value.
Just an idea.
With so many new or unknown exchanges out there we expose the risk of a hack or simply the exchange to close down and we will loose a bunch of coins.

Agreed that we should take security reasons into consideration. So I really want to recommend to focus on Bittrex (or Cryptsy) for that matter - especially for the funding! I feel that those (together with MintPal when they have put their machinery together again and fix this mess) are the exchanges that should be capable to handle the volume that FairCoin will cause.
