Hey whats going on, I know theres a telegram group for faircoin that is quite active, but some action on the forum does always help, I would like to find out about the intentions behind this recent UPWARD TREND, specially today even when most of the first 100 are experiencing a bit of a debacle.
Also, what practical updates will FAIRCOIN 2 will bring at the end of this month?

no swap is needed, you simply update the wallet when the FairCoin2 is lauched with the new one at this page https://download.faircoin.world/ and then the "swap" is done, because is a new blochain starting from the scratch.

it's an hard fork with a new chain and same balance isn't a easy task the old chain should be shut down first

Enric i've contacted bittrex-bill on bittrex slack and he says that you didn't gave enough time to prepare so it's better to delay the launch, and contact them the on their slack http://slack.bittrex.com/ for plan the update.
I do not think that the launch should be delayed, perhaps only to issue an orderly announcement that trading arenas may take several days to update.

Yes, they are being informed, for sure.
Anyway we will be updating here if anyone not answer in time to the requests that we sent, and I suggest not to trade in or out of exchanges until is not clear that they did the update.

Is there any benefit for the average user that simply hold Faircoin in the wallet?
Any rewards for long-term holders? some sort of stake rewards such as other PoS/PoI coins got Harvest/Rewards/Commissions/Dividends/Fee's just for keeping the coins/tokens inside the wallet.. offline or online wallet

Long term holders already are rewarded, by the sustained growth of the value of faircoin, and the growing setup of services that are being created; so there is no any specific reward for keeping the wallet offline or online, as the inflation will be 0%
anyway, In the next future will be created a platform for investing in coops, and some of them could distribute dividends, but this will be an optative economic choose, not a inner category of Proof of cooperation algorythm (POC)

Yep, that's the risk of not doing any research on a coin and just jumping in because you see a green candle or a twitter post.
If there is ANY coin and dev team out there for which the term "worthless piece of trash pump and dump coin" would be further from the truth, then I would like to know the name of that coin.
The FAIR coin, the FAIR devs and the FAIR community are exactly what they say they are: really really FAIR.
Since the crypto scene is still the wild west, unfortunately nobody can stop P&D teams from visiting a coin and pumping it to the moon and back.
But the FAIR ecosystem is definately growing and expanding and so will the price of FAIR.
People looking for quick gains should go looking elsewhere though.
FAIR is a true fundamentals and hodlers coin.

I think you surely are a bit confused about the recent volatility but by no means is this a pump and dump shitcoin, you could read more about the projects behind and about the integrity of the devs and Im sure you wouldnt think the same way
