In console, type repairwallet and enter.. that will fix to get your balance back when it fails to submit on block chain and coins stuck in zero confirmation.

So after the repairwallet. I restart the wallet and the 1000 are back.
But can't send them again with an error :
Error: The transaction was rejected. This might happen if some of the coins in your wallet were already spent,
such as if you used a copy of the wallet.dat and coins were spent in the copy but not marked as spent here.
Any idea?
Rescan block chain and try, or delete your faircoin folder in roaming folder (DON'T forget to back up your wallet.dat file), download fresh faircoin client and install again from the scratch.. hopefully that will solve your problem.
