4. Close and reopen the wallet.

I get this message when i try to import my private key : Invalid private key (code -5)
Can please someone explain to me what is wrong?
Also, i don't see in the fame explorer my address or any transaction... Roll Eyes

It means that you entered your priv keys incorrect. Maybe you writted like it : importprivkey
You have to write in this way : importprivkey yourprivatkeycode.

If anyone needs help setting up their wallet, importing their priv key then transfer to a new address, let me know. I have done this for a couple people and will not break your computer or steal your coins. I know multiple languages (if your computer is a different language) and can remote to your PC using GoToAssist. I know its a huge leap of faith but I can help you if you need it.
