Looks interesting. Seems like the most "fair" way for everyone is give majority to people, but set some percentage for miners and then they just mine for tx fees. Lets see how faucet coin goes

You want to keep hashrate on the coin to prevent 51% attacks and keep transactions moving, maybe 10% is enough, but i would be on the safe side.
See what happened with FairCoin, no one was mining (no rewards) got attacked twice.

Probably the best distribution scheme ever .... congratulations!
I would increase a little the miners share, 5 or 10% more, other than that looking good!
