That 9 level deep "indirect referral system" with instant payments and ongoing percentages kinda looks like an unsustainable pyramid scheme.
At "Star 8" level you'll need 1.6 Million people in the "scheme", all of which will need ~$6 invested (I guess holding 6 coins worth $1) to just pay out a single person at the top.
I suspect your pyramid is going to collapse way before this though
You might want to rethink this one. I'm not sure where you live, but in my country you get some jail time for running schemes like this...

So much projects have been ventured in this kind of business but usually they ended up in trading only.
They really don't implement their objectives as being in the real estate trading but rather just for crypto trading only.
