This looks like an interesting add-on feature. Here is a chance to get into the game.

****** Bounty Filled ******
I would like to have a new feature: have encryption of the messages. I would like to have it supports a combo encryption types: AES + HMAC-SHA1 encryption block chain Messages. Using this method would make extremely difficult to crack. The encrypted message must be posted in the plaintext bytes that are currently supported (140 character) It must not impact the block chain; It can be at the wallet level only. It must be compatible with the current FLO block chain.

If possible using of the existing Anontwi code as an example further to assist with development. They are currently working to get their code to 140 characters. This may assist with possible future features as they interface with the twitter API:
http://anontwi.sourceforge.net/anontwi-encrypt.html
http://anontwi.sourceforge.net

http://anontwi.sourceforge.net/anontwi-encrypt.html

Bounty will be paid once the wallet and all functionality is reviewed and published by Skyangel.
If you can possibly improve the blockchain to support longer encrypted messages or make them more efficient in the blockchain and have full support from the Florin dev, then that could be possible too and let's discuss.

If you would like to contribute to this or make a donation to cover cover and increase the bounty please see my signature. As donations come in I will increase the bounty.

Are there ways to earn this coin without mining, maybe by writing or sharing links?
This weekend I'm going to attempt to clean up some of the code on my block explorer and open source it. I'll be offering bounties for those who report or fix bugs, make suggestions that end up in a release version, or submit artwork to make the page a bit more presentable.

I don't know code so I can't do bugs, I can maybe do some simple artwork. But I am not a graphic designer, and don't have a scanner.

I see
Maybe it's not a pool
If it is a pool, maybe it pays its users assuming 100FLO as a block reward

If not, yes, the users should be concerned
That brings up a good point which I didn't consider. It could be another miner or pool attempting to smear the next.afraid.org pool by writing this transaction, though I think this is unlikely. Is there a way to compare this coinbase transaction or its containing block to other next.afraid.org mined blocks containing correctly distributed coinbase transactions (of which there are many) to determine if it's an attempt to discredit the pool?

I do believe this is a bug in the pool's payout script, but I am interested in learning more about this in the event of a similar but more serious case presenting itself in the future.

Incorrect as in there should have been 100 coins and he only wrote a total of 1 coin to the people who trusted him to give them the correct amount of coins in exchange for their hashing power. I didn't mean to insinuate there is a problem with the blockchain, just alerting those who may be using this pool that there is a potential bug in the payout script.

I believe the next.afraid.org pool wrote an incorrect coinbase transaction into the blockchain. The transaction ID is a9a799594ab5e9b7729aaaacf2dd2bd55c878e693e2bc00c9cb46331ca6d9fb5.

It seems the coin amounts have been divided by 100, and there is a nonstandard vout listed as well (I'm not exactly sure what this means):
Code:
"value" : 0.00000000,
"n" : 6,
"scriptPubKey" : {
"asm" : "9aab71e536d19d4eac0d5fa897e143ffaf2fb9546017023fe3812a036e711f1c03000100",
"hex" : "249aab71e536d19d4eac0d5fa897e143ffaf2fb9546017023fe3812a036e711f1c03000100",
"type" : "nonstandard"
}

I'm wondering how to contact the owner of this pool. Maybe I'll send a Florin message to F83dw8jJ5Gh2tPhStesEJZMoVsAL2Qyg91? Cheesy

What do you mean incorrect?
If it is accepted in the blockchain then it's correct
