The snapshot is tomorrow!! It will happen at a block right after 12:00 UTC/ 8AM EST 🚨

All you need to do is hold your FLUX on Zelcore wallet, FluxNodes or stake it on CoinMetro at the time of the snapshot.

- All Flux addresses and Flux token addresses (Flux on eth, bsc, kda, sol, trx chains) on Zelcore will be snapshotted.
- You will receive ~5,2% in FLUX-Avax and ~5,2% in FLUX-Luna of your total FLUX holdings.
- Tokens will be distributed a couple of weeks later and it will be one by one. Dates will be announced.

We want to say thank you to the community. We are very proud to see how many new nodes are coming online to help support Flux.  We know that the new requirements in the nodes meant the operators had to work very hard. The Flux team is extremely honored to have the community support us in such strong efforts. Flux's current goal is to create a strong network capable of handling anything that any developer can throw our way. Over the first few weeks of these nodes we have seen an increase of use cases already. This is increasing the overall bandwidth of our network. We strongly recommend that if you are using any metered connection that you watch for an increase in bandwidth. One test we will be introducing on April 16th is a speed test to measure bandwidth. During this time we will be monitoring the bandwidth periodically to review to make sure we can provide that strong network to our community. During the initial tests we will be reviewing data only and not enforcing any results of the speed test. Happy to announce MultiPort Nodes is released and available at Flux Multitoolbox.
With this release we will allow people to host a total of 8 Flux Nodes from home with a single public ip.

Happy to announce Flux Daemon v6.0.0 and Flux Benchmark v3.0.0 have been released.

This is a mandatory halving fork release and every node has to update before 12th of March.
Be noted that nodes using watchtower may get automatic update of both daemon and benchmark. Node operators without watchtower shall update both daemon and benchmark applications from Flux Admin menu of FluxOS.

This halving fork of Flux will significantly reduce the barrier of entry to become a Flux node operator while also increasing the hardware requirements. Flux network will be able to support roughly 10 times more applications with even increased performance. That will bring us to over 1 million app hw units, support for 1M+ basic apps!
