Are masternode payouts activated? If I look at the blockexplorer I see new coins going to one address and not split between two addresses like other masternode coins.
Masternode payments have been active since DPOS has been active.

I almost did it, but I only have a couple of BTC, I can't afford to risk all my eggs in one basket, but once word gets around I'm sure some whale will, even if just as an experiment, they'd be in profit by the end of the week.

Glad to see this project going. In the end I couldn't find a suitable place to setup my masternode so I'll have to just stake normally. This coin is awesome, and I really hope it to see more traction after mining ends. We might need a bigger exchange soon. Especially once investors start pouring in for the crazy ROI on the masternode.

I can confirm the dev locked his premine, at least at the start before masternodes were set up. There was 0 masternodes until the first few people were able to mine/buy 500k.
