He's clearly a scammer stop doing work for him that's my best advice to you. Become independent my friend, it's the best possible way for anything with btc as you reek all the benefits. When you guys make posts for these type people they get paid more than what they pay you, they sit on they sit on there fat ass and let all you ant workers do the work. Scan this forum there are many services you can offer in exchange for bitcoin.
