It's official. FTS Coin has burned 1,000,000 of the original premine. Effectively changing it's current circulating supply from 2,445,345.072 to 1,445,345.072 FTS Coin and the remaining premine coins held by FTS Management LLC (300,000) now only represents less than 20% of the total current circulating supply, and that ratio will be quickly shrinking further. Any other coins from the premine were paid out to coders, promoters, developers, advisors etc that have helped get FTS Coin to the place its currently at

Also, FTS Team, the folks behind the development of FTS Coin and many of it's supporting software is in the process of acquiring it's own exchange. This is an already existing exchange that we will be taking over, purging the DB for, switching servers and changing over all the passwords etc, then re-launching under new ownership with trading fees next to nothing :smile:

Hey @everyone a second round of updates was done to the FTS Coin site. The site now has a live display of the current FTS price getting pulled from the Asymetrex.com API for the last buy/sell price on record. So now if you want to know the current price of the last FTS exchanged the site will tell you :slight_smile:

-basically all you have to do is buy a raspberry pi 2 for like $10 on ebay, then grab a higher capacity sd card for it (32 or 64gb+)

Thats it, you're now operating your own full public FTS node that you started for less than $25 and uses barely any electricity to maintain

This is just the start. Next stage I set up a .img file that operates a full node while mining itself

Now that a bunch of new people are coming into the Bitcoin world, they will soon learn about the security and privacy issues that come with having a permanent ledger of activities linked to a transparent wallet address. It's sort of like putting videos of everything you do and buy up on youtube, along with your account balances, publicly for anyone to browse through whether they have good intentions or bad. This obvious failure of the early models of decentralized electronic currency like Bitcoin  will soon be pushing a new wave of crypto guppies to the world of Privacy Coins like FTS Coin
